June 2022, I completed the 21km Fastnet to Baltimore skins swim in 6hrs 40mins. It was a cold one with water temp ranging from 9 to 11 degrees c. I blew my shoulder four days before at Carlingford hit the wall weekend which also added to the fun! Without the support of Kelly Admirand and Brianna Wallace it’s safe to say I wouldn’t have made it.
