Swimming Fastnet Lighthouse to Baltimore back in October 2023 was an unbelievable experience. From heading to the lighthouse and starting the swim it was fantastic.
I really enjoyed every minute of this swim and really felt good and safe with the support and experience from Noel and Ciaran that made everything very easy and of course my friend and crew support Hugo.
I was able to enjoy the scenery which was spectacular passing by iconic places like cape clear and Sherkin Island to finally reach the beacon and head towards Baltimore Harbour. I also was lucky and had some company along the way of a few dolphins that made the journey very entertaining. In my view this is my best marathon I have completed swim to date.
Remarkable experience and highly recommended to any marathon/open water swimmer. Thank you, Noel, Ciaran and Nathan!
